I don't want to get all political and start hating on modern medicine the way many writers like to do. The fact is, modern medicine has saved more lives and done more for helping mankind than just about anything.

That said, there is still a lot of incentive to stay out of the system as much as possible.

People die everyday due to misdiagnosis, human error, and bad science. Simply put, a trip to the hospital, and in some cases, the doctor, bring you risk.

At Wild Foods, we believe in mitigating this risk—plus the risk of developing preventable diseases like cancer, heart disease and diabetes—by living a lifestyle that promotes the greatest healthy expression of your human genes.

Ultimately, this is one of the driving forces behind the passion we put into our products and the products we source from independent makers. We believe that health is the only thing you truly can “posses.”

The thing about health is, it is a needy ruler. Your health requires a balance of many factors, all of which require extreme amounts of self control. Of course, when you have access to premium products like Wild Whey or Wild Coffee (among others), the self control part becomes much easier to handle. 

Unfortunately, “easier” does not mean easy. It’s always and forever going to be really freaking hard to maintain a balance of health in the many areas that need your attention—fitness, nutrition, sleep, stress, purpose, social.

Luckily for you, something that is really freaking hard is, by it’s very nature, is also really freaking rewarding. So when you invest all that self-control and hard work into your health, you get all the benefits. Let’s list a few…

  • Feel amazing 24/7
  • Rarely get sick, if ever
  • Free of disease
  • Will live a long time
  • Better at reproduction
  • More attractive
  • A better thinker
  • More likable 
  • And on and on and on and on…

Read that list again. Now consider the fact that all those things are highly desirable as a human being. Obviously right? Well, the thing is, most people expect to receive all these. They act as if they are entitled to them.

Hogwash.

If you want all the benefits that a fit and healthy person enjoys, then you need to invest the same effort that the fit and healthy person invests!

You might think this sounds obvious, but let me tell you, for most people, it’s not. Or, it might seem obvious when it’s spelled out for you, but you don’t remind yourself enough and it’s why you keep skipping your workouts and grabbing those doughnuts.
