I’ve been thinking a lot about simplicity lately. Less is more, they say. I agree. But I think I would amend it to be, Less but deeper. After all, we all want the BIG results in our lives whether or not that’s work, health, fitness, competition, you name it. And to get to those higher echelons of the result, we must do fewer things with more directed, focused effort. Where can you find low-value activities in your life that are sucking up your time? Then take that energy and mental space and direct it into your highest ROI activities. This simple habit/thought process/mindset can change your life.
