I have used it several times and being collagen it is very sticky, hard to mix and messy. The taste is fine, really neutral but I think I need better ideas on how to use it. The other collagen products seem to be a bit easier to mix.
I am so happy with all of my purchases from Wild Foods Co, and every item I discover and try has been effective and delicious! I love this Bone Broth protein powder, it adds no unsavory taste to my shakes in the morning, and I've noticed a difference in my skin and hair from the collagen already! I'm also able to have more sustained energy throughout the morning and afternoon, which is amazing because my toddler can run circles around me most days! I've been mixing this with some plant milk and Cocotropics and it's my morning pick me up routine along with some breakfast.
Next I'm hoping to try out the Wild Matcha!
Thank you for your excellent and timely service and wonderful products!
You cant just add it into a coffee like I wanted to. But i have a nut based creamer that's keto friendly. It blends really well with cold liquids. So I just let it sit in my cup with the creamer and then add coffee. Its great and I've noticed more results but wished it t didnt clump easily
As someone who works out regularly, I have found that by using the bone broth protein regularly, I have seen an increase in lean muscle mass.
No matter how I try to use this product, it either foams or clumps. Not just a little clump either, like one huge blob. Not sure how to use this?

Bone Broth Benefits
Joint Protection - Bone broth is one of the world's leading sources of naturally occurring collagen. Collagen supports healthy skin and cartilage while gelatin, one of the most valuable components of bone broth, behaves like a cushion between bones to help them glide without causing friction. Gelatin is also essential in providing the building blocks needed to maintain and form strong bones.
Healthy Skin - Collagen and elastin are structural compounds within skin cells that are responsible for maintaining youthful tone, texture and appearance. Collagen contributes to skin's fullness, while elastin (formed by collagen) provides skin's elasticity and ability to snap back into place. Gelatin found in bone broth helps protect against damage from sunlight, making skin more resilient, thereby aiding in preventing future wrinkles.
More Healthy Benefits
Supports Healthy Immune System Function - Bone broth is abundant in minerals that help support a healthy gut and proper functioning immune system. Collagen/Gelatin and the supporting amino acids in bone broth (proline, glycine, arginine, and glutamine) are often known for reducing inflammation, soothing the intestinal tract, and supporting gut health.
Promotes Detoxification - Bone broth is a high quality source of the antioxidant, glutathione, a powerful detoxifying agent. Rich in glycine, the precursor to glutathione, bone broth may help with healthy detoxification by assisting the digestive system with waste removal and stimulating the liver's ability to expel toxins. Bone broth is also rich in potassium which may help in maintaining tissue integrity and enhancing the body’s use of antioxidants.
