So glad we found this site and tried Wildfood's brand. Very informative. Very happy with this product. I'm laughing at our first attempts to use it. A big scoop in coffee doesn't work. It bubbles and clumps. As I sat down to write the review I read the directions your site gives just above. It says "adding a little bit at a time rather than dumping a whole scoop in also does the job" I agree. When you follow the directions it works perfectly! Ha!
