Salt farmers have been harvesting salt in Bali for almost a thousand years.
The crystal character of each salt grain is the result of the union of wind, water, hot mornings, and rainy afternoons.
Sea salt is produced naturally by solar evaporation on a scale of only a few kilos a day per producer.
Sea salt is a great source of Iodine, which helps produce thyroid hormones
