What Our customers say

Since this does not have the traditional orange tea blended with the black like the average stuff in the supermarkets, you are getting the full, unadulterated taste from black tea. This one being from India was just perfect for me since some of my coworkers are native to India and only migrated here a few years ago. The aroma alone from the pouch is very fresh-smelling.

At work we have little means from which to improvise so I heated a cup of water in the microwave, like normal, put about one slightly mounded teaspoon full of loose tea in and let it steep for about 4 minutes. Then I poured it through one of our coffee filters into another cup. Add some honey and it was all good. I put two pics below to show the black tea dry and then the cup of tea with the loose tea in the coffee filter so you can see it.

While my coworkers from India liked the tea, I was informed about their way of making good tea so here it goes:
Boil the water, loose tea, whole milk(goat preferred), and a few (fresh ground) cardamom seeds together for about five minutes. They use a fair amount of milk compare to the small amount one would use traditionally in the US. The Cardamom adds a new aroma to the blend but also has health benefits like most natural stuff such as this tea. Now a couple India coworkers thought the honey thing was a good idea but only after it is in the cup. For me, it is the only way. My wife adds honey and a little Chai spice to hers but either way, it is the black tea that makes the difference.

Overall, this tea comes freshly sealed in a foil lined pouch that is resealable. It is best to keep at room temperature sealed as the fridge and freezer actually does more harm than good at preserving its freshness. Also, being an organic tea, you do not have to be concerned with what may have been sprayed on the tea leaves before it was packed. This is what tea is supposed to taste like! I have been drinking tea and coffee for over 30 years and my sense of taste, sight and smell can tell the difference easily when I get anything organic.

I received this at a discount in exchange for an honest review. It’s nice to get to review things like this. Stay wild! :)

I love that this is an organic tea and taste really good. Not only that, but this is a fantastic company to buy from with great customer support. I am so pleased with this product and the company. Very nice black tea, and so much better than Lipton at the stuff you find at the grocery store.

What a great tea with a beautiful color when steeped. This organic Twilight Black tea is so good I can already tell that 1 oz is just not going to be enough. MN winters are coming and it is going to be time to switch to warmer beverages. For today I brewed this tea up and added some ice to it in order to make a refreshing iced tea. Oh was it ever good. I have been making Lipton iced tea and this was an incredible change and one that I am so happy with. Going to be hard to go back to cheap brands should that need arise. The packaging is very similar to a coffee package. There is a zip closure at the top that is going to keep your tea fresh for a long time. The tea grounds are black and small. The aroma of the tea when you open it is fresh and inviting!
I am an avid, if somewhat amateur tea drinker. I prefer black teas in general, which is why I originally sought out this brand. Twilight Black is easily my new favorite black tea.

It’s best served hot with milk, of course, but I’ve also found that it is an excellent iced tea. This may be blasphemy to the tea purists, but I will make myself a delicious cup of hot Twilight Black, then run some more water through the leaves and let the pot sit in the fridge for a day. The result is ridiculously refreshing and flavorful iced tea.

Overall: 5 stars, highly recommend, will be a life-long drinker.

This tea is delicious with a nice robust flavor and the aroma of it is amazing. This is my first try with loose leaf teas but I am incredibly impressed. This is the best black tea I’ve ever had. Delicious as a breakfast tea. I’m eager to try the other flavors available from wild. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review. Definitely try this tea!

I like to try various kinds of tea and I’ve always been interested in loose tea. This brand has some very interesting flavors that I would love to try (in particular I am thinking about the coconut chai— yum!). But as for the twilight black it is good, don’t get me wrong, however it is just a plain black tea.

Pros: It is a very good quality tea from a very good company. With smaller companies they tend to have the nicest people and I love to support that. The tea tastes great and even my mom who is not a big tea drinker liked it. I like that it is plain black tea because it can be so versatile. As an idea for livening up the tea a little I’d say make some sweet tea with it! Or maybe brew it and then mix in some lemonade to make popsicles for the kids!

Cons: This isn’t really a con but I would like to just put it out there is that this tea is just a plain black tea. It isn’t something that is going to have a ton of flavor. But other than that I have no complaints with this tea!
