No difference! Wild Chocolate Powder is natural non-alkalized cocoa powder made from single origin cacao nibs.
Yes. There is about ~10-12mg of caffeine per 1 tbsp of chocolate powder.
It's both! While some people like to claim there is a difference between the two, there really isn't. There is no actual defined difference between the cocoa and cacao powder. That said, most brands call their dutched powder "cocoa." Since ours is natural processed (not dutched or alkalized), you can call it cocoa or cacao or natural cocoa or whatever you want. It's just pure chocolate awesomeness!
This is 100% cocoa with 10-12% cocoa butter content.
This will dissolve completely, but we do recommend heating the liquid to get the best consistency. It is a superfine powder and will not leave granules, but it still typically does better when whisked, shaken or blended.
