WILD FOODS CO - RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY 

Hey Wildling! Thank you for shopping at Wild Foods. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

RETURN PROCESS: To return an item, please contact us here: info@wildfoods.co

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Contact us immediately if you intend to return any unwanted items. Items returned to us after sixty (60) days of purchase without contacting Wild Foods before the return are ineligible for a refund.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. All return items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Any return items shipped to an improper return address due to failure to contact us for return information are not our responsibility to refund or reship.

If your order is returned to us as undelivered, you may either receive a full refund for the products ordered minus the shipping costs, or we can reship the order after collecting additional shipping fees.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Gift cards
• Coffee
• Any product with safety seal opened

Open food items and/or supplements that have been opened or have a broken seal cannot be returned.

Perishable or unwanted items must be unopened, and the seal must be completely intact for refunds to be issued.

Wild Foods Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, misrouted, undelivered, or shipments seized by customs.

Please Note:

• Please follow the directions provided by our customer service team in order for the refund to be received and processed appropriately and timely.
• Items returned to us after sixty (60) days of initial purchase date will NOT be refunded.
• Shipments deemed undeliverable are eligible for a full-refund for the product ordered minus shipping costs and a 2% processing fee, or we can reship for additional shipping fees.
