You're in
Welcome
to the
WILD Pantry
Your order's confirmed — here's how to
get the most out of it, starting today.
This isn't a supplement stack. It's the stuff that goes in your coffee, your oatmeal, your Sunday baking. Five staples, one kitchen, no schedule to keep — just better ingredients in what you're already cooking.
What to make this week
Eight recipes to start with. Whichever WILD Pantry product showed up in
your order, at least one of these uses it.
Recipe 01
Cocoa
Pink Salt
WILD Iced Cocoa
Tall glass, ice. Two teaspoons cocoa powder, a pinch of pink salt, a teaspoon of honey, a splash of hot water — stir to a paste first. Top with cold milk.
the salt isn't optional — it's what makes cocoa taste like chocolate instead of dust
Recipe 02
Cinnamon
Vanilla
Cinnamon Vanilla Oatmeal
Cook your oats as usual. Off the heat, stir in a half-teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon and a pinch of vanilla powder.
sweeten if you want to — most people don't need to
Recipe 03
Cocotropic
CocoTropic Morning Ritual
One scoop, hot water, stir. Add milk or cream if you want it richer.
works as a coffee replacement or right alongside your coffee
Recipe 04
Cinnamon
Pink Salt
Vanilla
The Full Pantry Latte
Uses four of the five — the one to try if you've got the bundle. Brew your coffee or CocoTropic as usual. Stir in a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of pink salt before the milk goes in. Finish with a drop of vanilla powder on top.
five staples, one cup
Recipe 05
Cocoa
Pink Salt
Salted Chocolate Chip Cookies
Make your go-to cookie dough. Swap in cocoa powder for a chocolate version, or just dust flaky pink salt on top before baking.
either way, the salt is doing the same job it does in the iced cocoa — cutting the sweetness so the chocolate actually tastes like chocolate
Recipe 06
Vanilla
Cinnamon
Vanilla Bean Overnight Oats
Oats, milk of your choice, a pinch of vanilla powder, a pinch of cinnamon. Stir, jar it, fridge overnight.
breakfast is done before you wake up
Recipe 07
Cocoa
Vanilla
Cocoa Banana Smoothie
One banana, a cup of milk, a tablespoon of cocoa powder, a pinch of vanilla powder, ice. Blend.
tastes like dessert, isn't one
Recipe 08
Cocotropic
Cinnamon
CocoTropic Hot Chocolate
One scoop CocoTropic, hot milk instead of water, a pinch of cinnamon on top.
the evening version of the morning ritual
What's actually in your pantry
Short version, per product:
01
Wild Cocoa Powder
Non-alkalized, cold-processed, single-origin. Coffee, smoothies, baking, a 1:1 swap for any recipe calling for cocoa powder.
Supports cognitive function.
02
Fine grain, trace minerals intact. Same uses as table salt — cooking, finishing, baking — with more left in and less stripped out.
03
True Ceylon, not cassia. Coffee, oatmeal, baking. No fillers, no artificial flavor.
04
Whole ground vanilla beans, nothing else in the bag. A 1:1 swap for vanilla extract in most recipes, plus it works dry (extract doesn't).
05
Organic cocoa, reishi, chaga, maca, and turmeric. One scoop in hot water or coffee.
Supports immune and digestive health.

Keeping it fresh
All five are shelf-stable — no fridge needed. Keep everything sealed, cool, and out of direct sunlight, and you're good for up to 12 months from the manufacture date (check the bag for the specific date on what you've got).
01
Cocoa Powder
The one most sensitive to humidity. Keep the bag sealed tight and use a dry scoop; damp cocoa clumps and doesn't come back.
02
Effectively lasts indefinitely. Salt doesn't spoil; just keep moisture out so it doesn't cake.
03
Ceylon Cinnamon
Store away from direct light and heat (not right next to the stove) to hold onto its aroma longest.
04
Vanillla Powder
Keep it airtight. Vanilla absorbs nearby smells, so don't store it next to anything strong-smelling.
05
Cocotropic
Same rules as cocoa: sealed, dry, cool. A dry scoop every time keeps it from clumping.
Does it need to be refrigerated?
No.
Can I freeze any of these?
Not recommended. Freezing and thawing introduces condensation, which causes clumping in cocoa, cinnamon, and CocoTropic. Room temperature, sealed, is the right call.
How long does it last once opened?
Up to 12 months, sealed and stored cool and dry.
How do I know if something's gone stale rather than spoiled?
Give it a smell. Cinnamon and vanilla should be fragrant; if it's faint, it's just weaker than fresh, not unsafe. Weaker means use a little more, not throw it out.
Why does the color or texture vary slightly batch to batch?
Single-origin, minimally processed ingredients aren't uniform the way mass-produced versions are — that's the trade-off for fewer additives, not a quality issue.
kitchens look like
Cocoa in the coffee, cinnamon in the oatmeal, a pinch of salt in everything. Most Wild Foods kitchens run on more than one staple at a time — tag us and we might feature yours here.
