    Ingredients

    1/3 cup Popcorn Kernels¼ cup Coconut OilNutritional YeastBlack PepperWild VanillaHerbes de Provence

    Directions

    1. Heat 3 popcorn kernels in coconut oil on the stovetop on medium heat. Wait for all three to pop.
    2. Remove kernels and place pot off the heat for 30 seconds.
    3. Next, add your 1/3 cup popcorn and coat them with coconut oil. Place the lid on and wait for corn to start popping. Shake and move the pot as you go to keep from burning.
    4. In a bowl, add the popped popcorn, coat with oil, and add seasonings. Mix thoroughly with a spatula. Season to taste!

    Wild Recipe: Matcha Protein Smoothie

    A delicious and thick smoothie with antioxidant, energy-bestowing, and gut healing matcha. This smoothie is perfect for a low carb or keto diet! Made thick with chia seeds and coconut milk, it’s a low-carb smoothie that tastes great! If you can’t do seeds, feel free to add some frozen banana to thicken it.

    Ingredients

    Toppings (optional)

    • Shredded coconut
    • Frozen wild blueberries
    • Hemp hearts

    Directions

    1. In a blender combine all of the ingredients, except the chia seeds.
    2. When everything is smooth, add in the chia seeds and blend on low for 30 seconds, then on high for 30 seconds.
    3. Let it sit for 2 minutes, it will thicken a bit.
    4. Pour it into a bowl and sprinkle on your favorite toppings!

    Ingredients

    1/3 cup popcorn kernels¼ cup coconut oil1 cup xylitol½ cup of maple syrup½ cup of unsalted butter½ tsp Wild Pink Salt½ tsp baking soda1 tsp Wild Vanilla2 tsp Wild Matcha

    Pop The Popcorn

    1. Heat 3 popcorn kernels in coconut oil on the stovetop on medium heat. Wait for all three to pop. Remove kernels and place pot off the heat for 30 seconds.

    Make The Caramel

    3. Move the popcorn into a shallow roasting pan and put it in the oven at 250 degrees.

    4. Clean the pot you used before and add the butter, maple syrup, salt, and brown sugar together over medium heat.

    5. Stir constantly till it boils. Boil for 2-3 minutes, do NOT turn your back on the stove since it can burn quickly!

    6. Remove from the heat and add the baking soda and Wild Vanilla. Mix well.

    7. Pour the caramel syrup over the warm popcorn and stir it evenly to coat.

    8. Bake for 45 minutes stirring occasionally.

    9. Remove from the stove and spread out the kernels on a baking sheet or spread foil. Leave to harden.

    10. Cool; break apart. Sprinkle with Wild Matcha powder.

    This breakfast is a classic. Warm and simple, perfect for cold mornings. Make them sweet with honey drizzle and chia seeds or savory with pepper and herbs!

    Ingredients

    • 2 slices gluten-free bread
    • 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter or coconut oil
    • 2 farm fresh eggs
    • Pinch of salt

    Optional Toppings

    • Raw honey
    • Chia seeds
    • Black pepper
    • Cinnamon
    • Herbs

    Directions

    1. Heat a cast-iron over medium heat until it comes to temperature.
    2. In the meantime, find something hollow that is about an inch wide to cut out in the center of your bread. You can use the lid to spices, or the plug to your blender lid, etc.
    3. Add the butter or oil to the hot skillet and then add your slices of bread.
    4. Toast for 1 minute, then flips the bread.
    5. Crack an egg into each hole.
    6. Add a pinch of salt to each egg.
    7. Cook here for 1 minute, then flip over and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
    8. Remove from the skillet, add your toppings, and serve!

    Ingredients

    1. 1 Dragon Fruit
    2. 3 Blackberries
    3. 5 Blueberries
    4. 1/2 Banana
    5. 3 Tbsp Greek Yogurt
    6. 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
    7. 1 tsp Wild Chocolate Powder
    8. 1/4 tsp Wild Vanilla Powder
    9. 6 Stems of Fresh Mint Leaves
    10. 6 Cubes of Frozen Almond Milk
    11. 1 cup of Almond Milk
    12. 1-2 Tbsp Coconut Flakes

    Directions:

    Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until creamy.
