Most of us eat a few times each day. We’ve been doing it our entire lives, and it’s not just a thing we do. We know how to feed the body.
But what about feeding the mind and soul? Do you make a point to provide each daily?

- Do you make a point to enjoy the company of those you care about daily?
- Do you make a point to laugh every day?
